With the objective to guarantee success and seamless execution in our work, we pay special emphasize to the technical team responsible for carrying out the building and the methodology to be applied.

Initial phase / Project
In this phase we will study the project, analyze its feasibility and assess the best option for construction on your plot. For this we will prepare a small preliminary project and from this step we will follow a path together.
- Preliminary study: plot, surfaces, housing typology, finishes, etc.
- Project contracting. (Home design and extra contents).
- Geotechnical and topographic study.
- Detailed budget creation.
- Work execution contract: final price, terms, payment methods, etc.
- Realization of the basic and executive project.
- Obtaining the City Council Urban Certificate (Building License).

Construction phase / commissioning
The dream begins! We begin the most laborious phase of all, the construction.
- Preparation of administrative and land procedures
- Obtaining the building license
- Establishment of the periodicity of work certifications
- Preparing the land to be built
- Soil movement.
- Excavation for foundations
- Foundation
- Electric connections, water and connection fees
- Sanitation and manholes
- Realization of the structure
- Interior walls
- Drain channels and downspouts
- Carpentry: enclosures, interior and exterior doors
- Installations, sanitation, kitchen and other finishes
- Installation of the controlled mechanical ventilation system
- Installation of air conditioning systems
- Tiling
- Plumbing installation
- Electric installation
- Home automation installation -optional-
Waterproofing - Kitchen furniture
- Options: Rainwater tank with irrigation pump, swimming pool, sustainable energy solutions, installation of solar panels (optional), rainwater recovery tank, gardening, etc…
- (Works management, safety coordination and quality control).
- Approximate duration of this construction phase: 8 to 10 months.

Completion of work / signature of guarantees / delivery of keys
This is the phase of completion of work and delivery of keys. Time for a toast!
- Signature of guarantees 03/01/10 years-according to current regulations CTE
- Obtaining the Final Work Certificate / Habitability Certificate
- Obtaining the energy efficiency certificate
- After-sales service for 10 years
- Delivery of the Home Use and Maintenance Manual
- Delivery of keys
